Platinum Wedding Band?
Hi folks, I was wondering how much a platinum wedding band would cost? Also, is it even practical to have one made with Platinum? Thanx!

300 and up, if you want a nice one. And it depends on how wide/thick you want it. The bigger it is, the more expensive.
Take a look at this website, even with 1 diamond set in, it's already over 500$ (it was on one of the nicer rings). If you go somewhere cheaper, your ring is also going to be cheaper, quality-wise, not just price... http://www.goldenmine.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIE...

Platinum is neat, and I beleive it's quite en vogue at the moment!
Best to go to a jeweller for a quote, as the price will depend upon the amount of platinum used, the detail you want, and whether or not there will be stones, their size...and whether or not you want it specially designed for yourself. It's neat to get unique bands made with a theme that works for the both of you.
Good luck and blessings,

No probability. not with this sucky worldwide financial gadget. and be certain you don't get fooled with the aid of somebody attempting to pawn off some decrease purity Platinum to you. solid Platinum is minimum ninety 5% purity. it is going to be stamped with "950 Pt" on the jewellery. pay attention! * * *

Platinum is nice, its heavy, but it doesn't shine as much as white gold.
