You have what is called a "good for" by token collectors. A lot of them have little information on them but yours does. I am not a token collector. I dabble in some real old ones here and there. I have no books to help you. However not is all lost. Numismatic News the weekly coin paper has a Coin Clinic Column. Mr. Herbert has all kinds of books to go through to find our item. I don;t know about your particular coin but in the 1800's when coins were scarce because the new United States hadn't made many yet, some states and even some businesses and banks made their own to facilitate trade. Your coin was made by that particular Saloon, or for them by a bank, and it was given in change, probably for Gold of greater value that had been spent but had change coming. Your coin in probably made out of Tin, possibly Aluminum, these coins were called SCRIPT.
