My husband had chest pains, little to no feeling in right arm and his blood pressure was 150/108 with a pulse of 66
Why would his pulse be so low with bp so high?

It is not necessary that if blood pressure is high , pulse rate also be high. usually hypertention patient have bradycardia slow pulse.
150/108 is very high.
Take a medical advise

Just some insight to pulse rate, athletes will usually have lower pulse rates due to the increased vagal tone due to being fit; this is a good thing, however, just because an athlete has a low pulse rate does not mean they cannot have hypertension. The two are independent of each other.
Classic cardiac related chest pain will have tightening, like a band around the heart and pain that radiates into the jaw and left arm. Just keep a check on the BP and if it stays elevated please see an MD.

His blood pressure is way to high,I would not worry about the pulse...its the 108 thats high, 90 is high blood pressure,108 is serious....I wouldn,t guess about things like this,he needs to see a doctor,he could just have a pinches nerve in his neck causing his are to have no feeling,also pain can bring your blood pressure up
