I found a stain in my bra where my nipple sits.?
My bras are tan and the stain looks gray (in both cups)and is as big as my whole nipple. I have no discharge. I am not pregnant and have no children. I am not on my period. I have found this in 3 bras in a week. The one that is stained the worst is the bra I had on during an especially stressful day at work. I have noticed a few acne flare ups in the last 2 weeks. Could this all be from stress?

You may be having some discharge from your nipple.
Do breast self examination ( BSE) on seventh day on your periods. If you have any pain or any lump you feel then rush to your doctor, Don't take it lightly.
Is thier any skin changes also around your breast??

If you are getting stains in your bra then you are having discharge even if you are not seeing it on your breast. I would make an appointment with the doc to get this checked out.
