For people owning Pet Insurance?

Which pet insurance do you have, how much is it and how satisfied are you with it? Do you have to file a claim or do they automatically deduct the amount when you go to pay at the vet clinic?

I went to PetSmart for my insurance. The have a vet clinic and you can select various coverage plans. I have the puppy plan. It was $99 to sign up and is $16.95 a month. We can take her to get checked out whenever we want for no additional cost and get a lot of things for free. For the things they can't include (some medications) we still get a discount. On the first visit, we saved $130.

We have Pets Best and pay $38 each month. So far, we are very satisfied with Pets Best. They reimburse us at the 80% after the deductible.
