1990 Ford Ranger floor wet?
I think the leak is coming from the windshield, but maybe I wil get lucky and find it is plugged drain holes. I will by spraying water oin it soon. Finally got the inside off the truck dry since we have not had rain in a few days, but it will rain tomorrow. Ideas? What is a good fix? A windshield repair place will not touch it due to rust. Was thinking silicon. Anyone have experience with Ranger leaks? Please advise!

I did have that problem with my ranger one time. My trouble was clogged drain holes and I used a water hose to open them up.

silicone could work but it is not recommended because it trapped moisture underneath it and will cause further rust out and rotting of the steel body,
the most likely culprit is the windshield seal you should have it repaired at a local glass shop it wont be expensive they will reseal it with black urethane, the same as is used to install glass/seals
do it right or it will be worse in the future, unless its a 200 dollar rusted beater then use whatever you want, use duct tape, etc
if its a nice shape truck then do it right
good luck

get some clear silicone and go around the windshield, and also it could be coming around the door packing.how tight does your doors shut.
