    I'm pretty sure the biggest selling country artist from Ireland or the UK is Daniel O'Donnell. Check it on wikipedia to be sure, but I'd be extremey surprised if it wasn't. (And FYI, Ireland isn't part of the UK. Northern Ireland is, but Daniel O'Donnell, is, like me from the Republic Of Ireland)
