I only saw the last ten minutes of Prison Break. What happened with Sara?

I work evenings. Last I saw Sara was being held under water...then last night I saw her throwing her identity in the trash. Can you connect the dots for me please?

I love that show so much!!

I want them all to find each other again because honestly Sara needs them just as much and Michael & Linc need her. And she was going to go back to Michael in the hotel, and then dumb Kellerman shows up. Well now he's on their side... so maybe he can help them find her?

she wiggled her way to the plug (in the tub) and undid the plug then jumped out the window when dude was in the other room. Then she landed on a car and had to give herself stitches then when she heard lincoln and michael got caught she chopped all her hair off and threw everything away..

She seen that Lincoln and Michael were caught, so she cut her hair and threw away all her ID and it looks like she is now on the run...
