You may need to activate your 'Simple URL.'
Go to 'Settings' >Basic info >scroll down and you'll see a check box "Activate my Simple URL." >check it and save.
Your 360 address would be http://360.yahoo.com/your Yahoo ID here
Or, you can give them the long URL of your page. But, the simple URL is best.

You can click on Settings and go down and make your simple URL which will make your 360 web address as shown above.

enter www.yahoo.com n then see feature service that have 360 degree on the left of column, if not have, then tried to find the 360 degree site.

The address is http://360.yahoo.com/carmen d (or whatever your Yahoo! name is.
