How ironic is it?

that Allen Carr, the founder of the "Easyway" to quit smoking, died of lung cancer yesterday.

A portion of the blame for his contracting lung vancer was given as he spent the last twenty odd years treating smokers in clinics where everyone is encouraged to smoke until the " ritual of the final cigarette"

Should his treatment clinics now be conducted in non-smoking atmospheres to save the "Easyway" counsellors?

Is that for real? Either that or patients should only be allowed to smoke outside as they are everywhere else. I'm sorry though, if that is for real, he helped a lot of people I know through his books. Bless his soul.

No more ironic than the author of "The Joy of Running" dropped dead of a heart attack while (you guessed it) running. :)
