If you don't pass it on your own soon, they will to a D&C. Which means that they will go in through your vagina and remove the tissue. You will get anesthesia for this procedure. Oh honey...I'm sorry for your pregnancy loss...I haven't been through this type of miscarriage, but have had losses of my own in the past including the early loss of my daughter's twin.
