What are some artificial structures which disrupt the Yarra River in Melbourne?

does anyone one know what man-made structures disrupt the the naturl processes in the Yarra River, particularly one? if someone does, can you help me by listing a source or two.

    Pobably the two most obvious are the port and Upper Yarra Dam but you could look at Dights Mill and maybe the Westgate Bridge too.
