Does anything get done when you report Abuse on Yahoo! Answers?

Generally, they will take action without verifying the allegation. I have seen this dozens of times. The moderators are too lazy to actually investigate.

I don`t use the report abuse option often. There are three that I reported for disgusting avatars. One was 2 men performing a sex act, another was someone bent over showing their anus and the most disgusting a swastika. They must have checked because all three were gone the same day. Thank you Yahoo!

Never noticed until today that anything got done. Then they took 50 points AWAY from me because they deleted questions I reported as SPAM

The abuse is actually very good. A little too good. a lot of abuse isn't even abuse.

The Yahoo answers staff could care less.These CONSTANT spammers are a true attestment to that fact.

whatever is reported usually gets deleted..

everything writen here is kept on file & it depends who's working & what kind of day their haven, but ya they do things.

They do if that is serious enough.
