anyways, As For An American Version, You're Out Of Luck. Sony Computer Entertainment of America (aka 'SCEA') Has Currently Not Announced Any Other PSP Colors For The United States..

Shame Really, But If You Do Buy A European Or Japanese PSP, You Can Change The Default Language (speaking for the japanese ones) To English..

And Actually, You Can Play Any PSP Game From Any Country On Any PSP.. (and not all of them support english, by the way)

The Only Limit Are The UMD Movies: Only UMD Movies Of That Specific Country Will Play On That PSP. Meaning If You Have A Japanese PSP, You Cannot Play US UMD Movies On It..

So If You Don't Mind That, Go On And Import Yourself A White PSP.

Note That SCEA Will Not Support Your PSP Since It Is Not A US PSP (from what i recall)..

You just have to download the software update from Sony. My friend said that the PSP is region free. You can only get them from Ebay. If you're going to Asia sometime, you can get one there.

no.also you cant play the games because its 1000 model and the us is 1001 so it wont read us versions
