    change the pic of your Yahoo 360 profile. go to the yahoo homepage and look for the 360 page, or just type it inthe seach bar, it will come up. make your profile from there.

    Click the shadow head by your name, select "edit my info" and choose the picture you want to post.

    You have to go to your messanger and where it says avitar click it them you should find every thing else there. im sure you can figure it out from there
