What was the Least successful Automobile to ever compete in NASCAR?

Which Automobile has had the LEAST amount of success in the NASCAR Cup Series. A type of Automobile which was used by several High Profile Teams without any success. I've always considered the 1978 Dodge Magnum to fall in this catagory, Richard Petty and Neil Bonnett, two major teams both had switched to General Motors vehicles by mid-season, while several minor Teams continued to soldier on with the car. Any other type Automobiles have had a worse track record?

    Didn't someone run a Matador? :)

Keep in mind, you are talking about the "Win on Sunday, sell on Monday" days when the cars were closer to "stocK" than they are now.

I've been unable to locate a list of wins by make, but I did find the following lists of champions:

    Chevrolet- 23

    Ford- 8

    Plymouth & Pontiac- 5

    Dodge & Oldsmobile- 4

    Hudson, Chrysler, & Buick- 3

The AMC Matador did win a race in 1973. And a Lincoln won the very first race in 1949. I know Cadillac & Rambler both raced, but never won.

I believe when Bobby Allison ran the AMC Matador was a biggest mistake for his career,,,and if memory serves correctly,,it never won a race in NASCAR
