My man gets so moody...?

Last night, one minute he was fine and then the nest minute he was really distant. I tried all night and this morning to reach out to him, but he was more or less like whatever with a pat on the head. He went to work early (unusual) just gave me a kiss on the cheek and left. I had a minor issue last night myself, and it did not involve him whatsoever and I sincerely apologized for acting like a brat but he is still giving me the cold shoulder. He gets like this every so often, more often lately, at least once a week. He is a great man, everything I could dream of, and I know he is not cheating or anything. What should I do?

Update:

I should also mention that he lives with me and my 2 kids from a previous marriage. He is good with the kids and they are very respectful of him and love him alot. He says the kids are not any kind of "issue" at all that he is absolutely fine with them and loves them a lot.

well I am a 34 y/o collage student with 2 jobs a wife and 4 kids i find myself doing that at least 3 times a month but I tell my wife what caused me to be moody and I try to control it by knowing when my day is going downhill so i will kinda back away from the family until i can get myself in a better place.

He is dealing with something. It could be work, the holidays or you. You are not making it better by letting your minor issue get in the way. Find out what is bothering him and work on that.

Nothing seals an apology like make up sex.

Everyone has off days. Actually he sounds like my father. lol. My Dad ignores my mom or us kids several times a week. It's just him acting like a child, nothing more nothing less. My Father just turned 72 and still behaves this way. Guess some men are more prone to behaving childish than others.
