Are completely satisfied with your religion?

I mean 100% secure, when you leave your house of worship - you have no questions or doubts? How do you know your faith is based on truth?

I am satisfied with my religion, as I believe in God with all my heart. I am not 100% satisfied with the church I attend. So when I leave that building, I often question the structure of how the brothers conduct business on behalf of the church.

When I visit other churches, I see the same thing - money and how much fatter can we make our beloved minister? I am a little disheartened that going to worship service means having a number of "plates" passed to collect for this and that and such a boring little sermon given to uplift us as Christians. And when people get up to ask for prayer, it has become an outright podium for relaying all of their personal business!

    Yep...I need prayer and forgiveness.

I don't think "satisfied" is the right word--that would be proper to someone leaving the supermarket.

I don't have any doubts; I have questions from time to time, although lately rather the questions of other people. But I know where to look, whom to ask etc.

About your last question: more and more I get the feeling that nowadays many people don't get a grip of what "faith" and "truth" mean. As I see it, faith is the act of recognizing truth in your heart and mind. Of course, many people are deluded in this act and admit false truths. Well, there's a long history of witnesses who have testified for this truth that I put my faith into.

I was raised Catholic and I still am on board with most of their creed but not all because I have recently found additional understanding with The Society of Novus Spiritus. You have to be careful with some religions because they have a tendency to paint a rough, mean God and if you get carried away it can have negative repurcussions.....I think when people realize that God is not vengeful or mean but instead all loving, all forgiving, people would be more open......and I am very open to faith at this point as it guides me through my difficulties in life.

Not with religion, but with a relationship with God...The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit. Satisfied and 110% secure.

He is the wasy, the TRUTH and the light

Faith is beliving in some thing or some one and not knowing every thing.

I belive my religion for the fact that it is the only one that makes since, 100%.

And it makes me feel good inside after hearing the speaker.

You can put a Gun to my Head and I would still believe that Jesus Christ is the one and only Living God. I have full trust in him because I know he is alive!!!!
