i really like this guy and he likes me too...and another woman?
He's stuck between me and this other woman, who just happens to be engaged. He's been completely honest with me the whole time, but it hurts. I've been thinking of doing/saying 2 things: either for me to stay out of the picture until he works it out with the girl; or I wanted to tell him to maybe stay away from her until she works things out. Which one should I do? Or something else?
He says it mutual that she likes him as well.And tells him she loves him.

I would back off and make myself unavailable so that I am not the "go to girl" when Ms. Engaged is otherwise engaged. The girl that is engaged should be "off the market" and shouldn't be even considered and if she is leading him on, that's even worse. Put on your stealth settings when you go online, screen your calls, don't be readily available because this is a no brainer, you are single, she is not so if he felt the same about you both then the smart choice would be with someone who is not committed-but still kinda looking.
It works.....I've done it.....let him call and call and call then when you do talk to him be a little distant, not so available to him because he will eat that up for as long as he can.
