Kisses from a dog may be a way for the dog to tell you that they love you. Also as mentioned before, just might be that the dog likes the salty taste!

As said before, they like the salty taste, also the mother dog shows affection by licking the pup, so maybe that is part of it. The legs are accessible and the dog will lick any part of you that is salty.

well, 3 reasons, 1, they want attention, or love, 2, they want L.O.V.E, or also, when you kiss them, maybe they are trying to be recignised, and kiss you the same way..
