Who thinks the Yahoo hamster needs a new look? I'm thinking a leather jacket...?

I like the old one BUT perhaps they could make some changes.

People can change the clothes and accessories to their stock avatar, so maybe Yahoo! could set it up to customise the Y!Amster for different people.

That way, you could probably add the changes too it that you would like to see when he appears on your screen. For you, you could probably be allowed to customise it exactly as you have described. A user could possibly be allowed to have the Y!Amster with a green mohawk on their screen.
