    There is a shop at Smith Street in Chinatown. All DVDs and VCDs are retailing at very cheap prices. The staff are all dressed in red. Can check it out.

    These are the list of VCD/DVD retailer in Singapore:

    Gramaphone, HMV, Kinokuniya, Laser Flair, Poh Kim, Sembawang Music, TS Laser and Video EZY!

    During Christmas and End of year season, those retailers offer a good price promotion.

    I recommend Gramaphone store. They even sell used vcd/dvd.
