No that can`t be true because i know for a fact that most Kiwi s are very good readers , they have no problems with writing either.

not only mangoes , bananas , apples orange can read and even write well. the apple is the most eduscated one. thats why we say an apple a day keeps doctor away since apple knows much more than doctor

No, it's not! I have a starfruit that has just finished reading George Orwell's '1984'. We had a very uplifting discussion about how many of Orwell's predictions have come true, and if we are truly moving towards his nightmare image of the future. I feel we are, but the starfruit was much more optimistic.

No some apples read too... they hang out with teacher all the time so tidbits of what's being taught often rubs off.
