Have any of you read Dr. Hymans book and tried the ultrametobolism plan?
My mom gave me this book to read and I can't put it down. It makes so much sense to me. Have any of you guys ever heard of Dr. Hyman, and his book ultrametobolism? If so let me know what your experience was and how did or did not work.
