Weird menstrual cycle and discharge?
I'm usually pretty regular, but November my menstrual cycle came a week early and lasted only a day (normal flow). Now I keep having clear water-like discharge? It doesn’t have a foul smell, like it may be an infection. I took a pt last week (about the time my cycle was suppose to start) and it was negative. I don't know, my doc says discharge is normal, but this much isn’t normal for me. I guess I’m just looking for opinions? Has anybody had a similar situation?
Is it possible to be pregnant and a home pt not detect it?

I think you should go see your doctor. It probably is not anything to worry about as sometimes our body has a misplaced or weird cycle to regulate itself. Sort of like how leap years are there to keep our time balanced right. Sometimes our cycle does weird things to keep it from going too far off course.
But still see your doctor and let him/her tell you that its okay.

Yes I have had weird things like that happen too, It wasn't anything the water like discharge went away after a few days. If you have been under stress that can usually screw with your cycle a bit. Also if you are on the pill and have changed it recently it could be that too. I wouldn't be to worried. If you aren't on the pill i would suggest it. Before I went on it my periods were all over the place I never knew when they would come or how long they would stay, I also had horrible cramps I couldn't even get up. I have been a pill for about 6 years I always know when it's going to start and stop pretty much down to the hour. I recently switched to the NuvaRing. It is even better, you don't have to worry about forgetting it, it's once a month, and it's easy to put in and you can't feel it. I am never going back to the pill.
I hope this helps.
