How do I capitalize a hyphenated word in a title?

When a title contains a hyphenated word, is the second part capitalized? Would it be "Self-made" or "Self-Made"?

I decided to do a search for "self-made" on the internet to see what results came back. The majority that had self-made in their article titles had capitalized BOTH.

For asthetic reason, I myself would capitalize both since they are two words that can stand alone as well. Whereas a word like Bi-monthly, only the B would be capitalized.

Here's a neat trick to avoid the problem. Capitalize the entire title, as in "A SELF-MADE MAN". If that's not possible, capitalize both parts.
