BOSE 321 Stuck...any ideas?

I have a first generation BUSE 321 system. It works perfectly but will not eject the DVD that is in it.

Any suggestions?

Unplug the system for an hour, then try to eject the disc. If this doesn't work contact Bose through their 1800 number and they will give you a reset code for your system that essentially "reboots" the system. This has been a problem with the first generation 321 systems.

    Hope this helps,

Refer to the trouble-shooting guide in your owner's manual. If

that doesn't help, try contacting Bose directly. If you don't have a

warranty, it might be in your best interest to get a new system.
