Why are skeptics wrong for saying God is wrong for expecting intelligent, rational people to believe the Bible

Because it's based solely on THEIR "intelligence" and THEIR "rationality." They are merely men. Men are fallible. God's intelligence far surpasses anything that we can begin to understand. God is God. He is NOT fallible. All that's required is a small measure of FAITH. Sometimes one's "intelligence" gets in the way of faith. I know someone with a near genius IQ but with not a lick of common sense. It's sort of like that.

Well if they are skeptics then they don't believe in god so how can he be wrong?
The answer is we are here to learn and to aspire to be more like god and this is just another learning experience for us. When this one is over their are plenty more that will last for eternity. And if we were intelligent, rational people we would feel this in our bones and not have to listen skeptics. Be your own skeptic.

This is one of the problems with religion that people refuse to believe. By nature, we are skeptics yet intuitive. If there is a God, then he must have installed the nature of our beings, and therefore understands. If there is no God, then the Bible is wrong, and you can't be wrong in your judgement that the Bible is false.
Hey, that's a great question. Hope you get a few who understand it!

because intelligent, rational people do believe the Bible
also, God doesnt "expect" anything according to the Bible, he knows everything that will happen

Check your assumptions, please.
Skeptics usually say pretty much what they please.
Or are you implying they ARE wrong?
Illogical, Captain.
