After the quest "The Time is Nigh", you can obtain the "Terror in Tyria" quest from Deras Tenderlin in Kamadan, Jewel of Istan. When you are done with that, your Nightfall character can travel to Tyria (Prophecies).
That of course is only possible if you have both game keys added to the same account.
