who makes the best sunglasses for golf?

i like maui jim. light weight. rubberized nose piece and all the protection needed.

i prefer not to spend 100+ bucks on a piece of fragile plastic with nose guards that fall off. Oakley's scratch very easy and are easy to break. I use a brand called Revo. In my opinion Revo is lightyears beyond Oakley. I am old enough to remember when Oakley didn't make sunglasses and used to make goggles and handlegrips for motorcycles and bicycles. I use Revo with a glass polarized lens. Protecting your eye should be priority. I just don't feel like Oakley is any better than what's on the 5 dollar rack at the conveinience store.

You will get teh best bang for the buck if you get some Oakleys.

They have package deals, which are called arrays, for M-frames and half jackets. Included in this package are: frames, 3 different lenses, carrying case and cleaning rag.

You can also design your own glasses. Which is called build to order. Polarized is probably the best for golf and the best overall lens tint is VR28 or VR50. Good in overcast and cloudy and good in the sun.

I'd suggest Rudy Project. Their golf sunglasses come with two sets of intechangeable lenses so that you can adjust to different lighting and contrast conditions.
