Scorpion was the man, then Sub Zero the first.
Kano was awesome. One of the best made characters. Oh, Princess Kitana ;)

Hmm.... i don't really remember the movie much... except Johnny Cage was sort of cute... I think Sub Zero and/or Scorpion were pretty cool... I remember I didn't like Kano for some reason.. :-) So, SubZero and/or Scorpion, I guess....
