I'm 41 yrs old. I jogg around 5 km and sex daily. My only diet supplement are spirulina and zinc.?
Is that enough for my body?

Zinc taken on a regular basis can suppress the immune system. Also, taken without the minerals that the body needs to metabolically process that zinc...well, I wouldnt do it.
The spirulina is primarily a source of Beta Carotene and other carotinoids such as astaxathine, etc.
Take a general over the counter one a day vitamin if you feel the need for a supplement - which is a good insurance considering most people dont eat enough fruits, vegetables and whole grains.
However, other than that, do you want a medal and round of applause? ;)

You "sex" daily...um... Why was information pertinent for your question? You should be taking a multi-vitamin. Your body needs more than just those two supplements.
