Can anybody help me?
I just got the roller Coaster Tycoon Deluxe edition for my son. When I tried to install it, I got a messafe saying I had to uninstall the original version first. Ok, but when I try to uninstall or remove the old program, I get a message saying something like: unknown project:C:Hasbro Interactive:Rollercoaster Tycoon.log. The only option is to click ok. After I click ok, it doesn't do anything else. I am becoming frustrated and I am about to break it! Please help!
The game is on disk and I don't have the files the first guy is talking about. Also I have Windows ME

To uninstall your game:
1. From RealArcade, click My Games.
2. From the list of games, click on the name of the game you want to uninstall.
3. Click the Support & Uninstall tab.
4. Click the Uninstall Game button.
5. When the uninstall completes, click the Delete Download button. This should remove the game and all its components from your computer.
You may also need to delete the directory where the game was installed:
1. On your computer desktop, double-click the My Computer icon.
(Windows XP: click the Start menu, then choose My Computer.)
2. Double-click the C: drive. (You may need to click Show the contents of this drive to see it.)
3. Double-click the My Games folder.
4. Right-click the game you want to uninstall and choose Delete.
Right click on the folder of the game you have uninstalled (if present), then choose delete from the menu.
5. Close the My Computer window.
To download the game again after it has been completely uninstalled:
1. Log in to the My Games section of My Account.
2. Select the game you want to redownload and click Click here to redownload.
3. When the redownload page opens, click the game name to redownload your game.
If you experience download problems, such as a download screen flash displays but the software doesn't actually download, clear out your Temporary Internet files:
1. Click the Windows Start button.
2. Go to Programs (or All Programs).
3. Go to Accessories.
4. Go into System Tools.
5. Click on Disk Cleanup.
6. Select the C: drive and click OK.
7. Make sure Temporary Internet Files is selected, and click OK again to delete the selected locations.
8. Try the download again.

Ok i think you should restart the system, then try install the game again if this fails read the installation and trouble shooting guide. CHECK THE DISK FOR SCRATCHES THIS A COMMON ISSUE
If all else fails i would suggest you read the fine print on the back of the box to check the system requirements. If you system meets these requirements i would suggest contacting the store/online shopping service and complain about the issue (including your current system stats eg hard disk space, RAM, graphics card size/type etc. Also some software can cause game installations to go wrong. Use your task manager (ctrl+alt+del) to kill unwanted tasks that are not needed.
CAUTION DO NOT TERMINATE ANY SYSTEM FUNCTIONS THIS COULD RESULT IN LOSS OR DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER.
WINDOWS ME? ok this is what you should do go to start> programs and look for a folder with disk clean up
TELL ME IF THIS WORKS
