What would you do if your kids dad said he was going to kill himself because he has to pay child support? I mean come on! He stays here every weekend cause he lives about 90 miles away. He does his laundry here and he never even buys school clothes or supplies. He just takes him out to eat and helps him get fatter when he is supposed to be on a diet. He says if he kills himself we will get $250,000 for insurance and then we will be happy. How can I make him see that $250,000 will not replace him in his son's life? I am so upset and I would really like to hear some opinions on this.

My nephew mashed a giant wad of pink Floam into my suede couch. We scrubbed it and scraped it and picked it and used Shout on it, but there are still little sticky pieces of pink stuff stuck in the fluffiness of it. Please help me.

I just got the roller Coaster Tycoon Deluxe edition for my son. When I tried to install it, I got a messafe saying I had to uninstall the original version first. Ok, but when I try to uninstall or remove the old program, I get a message saying something like: unknown project:C:Hasbro Interactive:Rollercoaster Tycoon.log. The only option is to click ok. After I click ok, it doesn't do anything else. I am becoming frustrated and I am about to break it! Please help!

Today my son's teacher confiscated his housekey. Then the bus driver made him get off the bus at home when he was supposed to go to his aunt's house. I was working. My son was stuck outside the house with no key because the driver MADE him get off the bus. He even told my son I was home! My son knew I was at work and that he was supposed to go to his aunt's. Well, his cousin's told his aunt where he was and she came and got him. So everything is fine, but I am irrate. I feel I need to intervene but I don't know what I should do. I already called his teacher. But I feel like I need to do something drastic. What would you do? Do you think I am just overreacting? Because I don't. My son is 9.

Do you think you could live off cereal w/ fresh fruit and low-fat milk? I mean seriously, you get more vitamins and minerals from cereal and milk than anything else according to the nutrition facts. Throw in some fruit. What would be the downfall to this?

It seems to me that the weather in Ohio is becoming more like the weather in the foothills and rain basins of tropical mountains than like out traditional weather. My friends say I am crazy, but I think in about 10-15 years the winters will be so mild and the summers will last longer. My predictions come from my reflections on the past 30 years I have been alive. I remember having deep snow for long periods of time at age 10 era, heavy snows throughout the winter but always melting away at age 20 era, and now at age 30, the snow comes at night and is gone in the morning before noon. I am detecting a pattern and I would like to hear other peoples theories and ideas on this topic.

Two years ago I quit drinking and smoking and I got my tubes tied. I am very physically active and I don't eat too much, but ever since I did those things I keep gaining weight.
