Why is it so?

Did you ever notice that when you blow in a dog's face, he gets mad at you, but when you take him for a car ride; he sticks his head out the window?

My father trains dogs...He says that blowing in a dogs face is like challenging him. There for he is just challenging you back by getting angry.

Dogs get motion sickness, so they stick their heads out of the window for fresh air. They aren't meant to ride in cars.

And fresh air can be a temporary remedy for motion sickness when on a car ride. Poor doggie.

I can't explain the blowing in the face...I mean no one likes to have someone blowing in their face.

i believe maybe it's because the owner get's really close and blow's in it's face that it bother's it so much that it doesn't like to be blown in the face by somebody. and they stick their heads out in a car ride probably because it's a whole lot of air blowing instead of somebody's breath.
