What is EMO? Check this out...?
EMO - short for "emotional." Emo is a broad title that covers a lot of different styles of emotionally-charged punk rock. This site is intended to introduce the reader to all the common styles, describe them musically, and give ideas about the essential records of all those styles.
I've seen this question asked many times. I simply looked it up and that is what I found. I stand corrected. Sorry if I offended anyone, that was not my intention. Thank you for all your answers, even the rude ones. I think I get that it is nothing more than a genre of music.

You got it all wrong...I hate how people like you judge others like this. EMO is a type of music. Nothing more. Quit listening to MTV, and listen to them. They will tell you themselves, EMO is not short for emotional. This isnt a question either...Wow...
