In Windows click on start, settings, control panel, mouse. Go to Pointer Options tab. Should see a slider bar for pointer speed, to the right is faster. Hit apply.

Go to the following location: "Start", "Settings", "Control Panel." Select "Printers and Other Hardware", "Mouse", and then select "Pointer Options." If you have Classic View, select Mouse from the Control Panel.
