You can contact the seller to ask what is the shipping status of your item. If they don't respond to you, you can dispute the item by going into "My ebay", find the item that you have not received, and there will be a menu you can choose from on the right side with an option called "Report Item Not received" and you can go from there to dispute.
Or you can go straight to www.paypal.com to dispute your payment.
Since it's the holidays, there might be a delay on the delivery times which can go from like 7-10 business days.

I have ordered plenty from ebay and it usually takes about a week if not longer. A lot of seller's use standard shipping so this is why it might take long. The seller usually emails you about the shipping of the product, that way you are able to track it. You might also want to try emailing the seller directly, they should tell you if they have shipped your product and when you should be expecting it. If the seller is not answering you and you do not receive a notice anytime soon then I suggest you report it to ebay.
Don't be alarmed it could just be slow shipping
Hope this helps

First, did you try to contact the seller via email? Next, did you use PayPal to pay for the item? If you did, then go to your Paypal account where there will be links that will tell you how to file a dispute and claim. I recently had the same problem and had to file one. Fortunately, PayPal reimbursed all of the money I paid for an item I never recieved. If you didn't use PayPal, Ebay also has links to file a dispute/complaint. Keep in mind that it is around the holidays and most of the mail is VERY slow right now.

one week and you're freaking out?
some items take more than a week to reach, you and since you didn't tell us wehre it was being shipped from, it can take as much as 6 weeks.
Wait another week, if the item hasn't reached you by then, then go through paypal to start a dispute resolution.

If it is a big thing, than wait another week. If it still hasn't come, than go to their website and look for an answer link. Then follow the instructions.

Paypal should have a dispute section, and it takes 30 days for results, good luck

if the seller refuses to give you a refund or resend it give him negative feedback and comment that others should not buy from him.
