What to do if in a bad mood?

    I went out and bought a punching bag. this is when my Bf broke up with me. I punced out all my anger. Not only did it make me feel so much better, but my arms look great!

    When I am in a bad mood I go for a walk. I suggest that you do the same. Do not take anything with you, but a jacket, house keys, and flashlight (if you are walking at night) - if you can help.

    I use to pig out. That wasn't the best choice. Now when I am in a bad mood I craft. I love to craft. I love to paint,

    create beautiful things. Find a hobby that makes you feel

    good. Then when you feel down just indulge in your hobby. Volunteer your time. Sometimes helping others

    can lift your spirits. Hope things work out for you. Here is

    a smile for you until you find your own again.

    Write in a journal to express your bad feelings and get them out, then try to cheer yourself up and look at things differently. Also, any form of exercise, even a walk is better than nothing.

    Log onto Yahoo Answers and bash anyone and everyone you can. Take a warm bubble bath, then curl up with a blanket, your favorite treat to eat, and watch your most favorite movie until you fall asleep.

    I go for a ride in my car and blast the music on a busy street and see all the people with their problems and I feel better.Works ever time.

    This is waaaaay dorky, but it helps me!

    Play Frog! (Where no one can see you)

    Squat way, way down.

    Then JUMP! as high as you can.

    Repeat until you just can't take yourself seriously anymore.

    It works, I swear!
