In the summer, do you prefer all the windows down, or up with the air conditioning on?

I don't have air-conditioning.

I generally leave my windows closed and curtains drawn during the day when the sun is out. As the sun begins to set, I generally will open the curtains and windows, and let the cooler air in.

I find this regulates the temperature quite nicely. Keep the sun out, and the room will stay cool.

Air on with windows close, but I live in Texas, so it get way too hot in the car otherwise.

I live on the second floor, so I keep my windows shut, the a/c on..........but I spend all my time on the porch. With the music up high.

I prefer to meditate in a natural surrounding as nature provides

I don't use AC, I usually just sit in front of a fan.
