She's probably jealous (of your gf's happiness, so don't let the ego get out of check). She might also want more time than your gf is willing to give her because of you.

Be wary, you have no idea how much havoc a so-called "friend" can wreak in a relationship. If a friend thinks your gf is spending more time with you and less time with her than she wants, that will turn her against you and she might start filling your GF's head with garbage about you, or inserting slights against you whenever she gets the chance. I can't tell you how many relationships I've lost because a "friend" didn't like me.
