Just keep on drawing and always be prepared to show your designs. A door will open up when you least expect it. Since you are 14, have you entered high school yet? If your city has a Art High School go here. The teachers will have unbelievable connections to people in the industry. Don't give up on your dream-whatever you do. The key is to put yourself around people who are doing what you want to do. See if you can audit some fashion classes at a nearby university. You may be a little young but so what...

If you have decided to become a fashio designer and it is you dream than you have to do it. Dont loose your dreams. If you have some of your work examples, create fashion designer portfolio in jurgita.com. It is free so it a good chance to get noticed by industry professionals and to join some designer teams or similar. It could be a good start for practising :)
