What is the best cleaning system for CD's.? Something that really works to take out scratches?

but you have to be pretty buff to use this stuff... I mean, my 120 lb friend couldn't do it, I weigh 250 and I got it to work... barely (btw, I'm 5'6' and wear pants size 34)

alternatively, try using dishwashing soap, towel dry, then peanut butter and dish washign soap again. You rub the smooth peanut butter from the center of hte cd out, the oil will help you "buff"t he surface of the cd... you still need to be either realyl strong or at least dilligent to do it.

you cant take out the scraches once there on because its like engraved into the disc but the wipe u use to clan glasses work great.

Use a eyeglass towelette. It will help get the smudges out.
