contact the seller and tell them it was a mistake..if your daughter really wants it.. maybe look for a lower price ps2 and get it for christmas for her.. if she went through all that trouble to bid.. you should get it for her.... she'll love it

Assuming it is on eBay, they will likely suspend the account for false bidding. See the web site for details, write a note and explain that a minor did this with no permission. You have no contract or committment and she is not old enough to make a contract. Not a b ig deal, they will bid it again.

EbAy has a retraction policy...use it. see below

Try retracting the bid or contact the seller and tell him your situation. The worst that could happen is you can get negative feedback.

OK, stupid question. What was a 9 year old doing on the computer long enough by themself to even know how to be able to do that?

Anyhow, just contact the seller and tell them. They cannot hold you to it since you did not do it.

If you can't resolve it with the seller then they will most likely just ban you from bidding, which would solve your problem anyway.

You could try reasoning with the seller and explain what happened. I suggest you change your password so others do not know it. Hopefully it all works out.

get in contact with the seller and tell them what happened and hope they understand.

and dont let your 9 year old surf the net unsupervised

call the owner of the product, try to consult him with the problem.
