All over extreme body pain?
I have already been diagnosed with fibromyalgia, but this is really bad. It's chronic and seems to flare up at different periods. It's so bad that I can't sleep and awake in the middle of the night.

Has anything changed in your life - anything at all? That includes relationships, living situation, that kind of thing.
You could have an injury or illness that's causing pain, and the fibromyalgia is amplifying it. Or you could be in a really bad fibro flare.
How do you normally control your fibro pain and symptoms? I take it this pain hasn't responded to those methods?
Start simplifying everything as much as possible. Don't do anything you don't absolutely HAVE to do right now. That means you drop social commitments, let housework go for the most part, etc. If you have kids and a partner, he or she is on kid duty right now. Your job is to get better.
Contact your doctor's office and get an emergency appointment - tell them to work you in if nothing else. If they won't give you an appointment, call them every morning right after they open to ask if they've had any cancellations for appointments on that day - and be ready to jump right up and GO if they say yes. I've had doctor's offices work me in just to get me to stop calling.
Good luck!
