Where is an Ideal place to meet Girls?

I suspect theres lots of these Questions someplace just havent found them yet. I'm 20, while not good looking I have the sort of aura that most people like and feel comfortable with, and I'm almost always smiling, but I never ever seem to meet any girl who wants to go out with me. admitidly its difficult because I work nights nor do I like crowds so nightclubs are out of the question.

Make a list of goals of what you find attractive about someone else. Do you possess these same qualities? When you decide who you are looking for,do what you love and a girl who shares your interests usually shows up sooner or later. 

Get your body in shape, buy new clothes or get your hair styled. This does wonders for your self-confidence and self-esteem.
