Found the adjustable handle has broken and needs replacment, trawling through the net, all that happens is that I get brand new whole units for £250+ which I dont need. I just need either a replacment handle or just the metal chassis. Anybody got any ideas?

need 2x 205/55 R16 91W but without breaking the bank and that can give me at least 2 yrs (preferably)

I can drive along a 60mph and theres no problem but the moment I need to overtake, a Warning light comes up and I loose acceleration. It doesn't always do it, but usually I've been driving at about 65-70mph for a good few minutes or I'm going up hill when this happens. It only does it when the engine has warmed up and the engine is running at between 2-2.5k revs and almost always when I'm in 4th and 5th Gear. However once I've turned the Engine off and restart it, it clears and I can almost drive normally though if a bit warily in case it happens again.

A Friend of mine reckons it could be the fuel filter needs replacing but I wonder what others reckon?

A Friend of mine has applied to the Local Council for Planning Permission to build a house on a plot of land that she and her partner own.

They got a Local Planner to do the Design to meet Regulation and they put it forward. A few months later they got a reply from the Council saying that Unfortunately the land is situated a couple of meters into the Greenbelt.

They reapplied and then they another reply saying that they are now on the wrong side of a bend in the road..... So what can They do next? do they reapply? do they give up and just sell the land? (not if they can help it)

I have a Corsa sxi+ 1.3L Diesel. When I'm travelling at low speeds, I.e. slower than 40mph I press the brake pedals and I get a scrapping sound which sounds like metal on metal. It does stop after a few minutes of travelling at 30+ mph but I'm fairly sure it doesn't help my mileage, and it just sounds plain wrong. so what's going on?

I Start my car and theres a strong smell of sulfur out the vents. Why is there and how can I stop it?

My front door is a wooden door that has been painted white, and recently we've just realised that there's all these little bubbles forming underneath the paint. Note that there is also a damp and cold weather outside as well so its a pain to to open and close the door. (sort of a brute force an ignorance job) Its also a rented flat.

Is it because there is a damp problem in the wood? if so how can I dry it out?

I work over night as it is we get alot of people come in and they buy alcohol, however at the momment we check everyones ID when they come too the till if they have alcohol when they are in a group. My boss on the other hand is talking of just checking the ID of the person actually buying it. So what would you do? just check the person buying it or the whole group?

I suspect theres lots of these Questions someplace just havent found them yet. I'm 20, while not good looking I have the sort of aura that most people like and feel comfortable with, and I'm almost always smiling, but I never ever seem to meet any girl who wants to go out with me. admitidly its difficult because I work nights nor do I like crowds so nightclubs are out of the question.
