...Christians only...?
When asked, I was unable to supply biblical verses that state that we can have a personal relationship with Jesus. I need only biblical quotes, just the book/chapter/verses.
This is a question about biblical clarity, not about anyone’s personal testimony.
Thank you.

There is a very nice and easy to use online bible at
it has many versions available to choose from so you can get a very comprehensive idea of what any verse intends to tell us.
John.14
9. Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father?
The "not known me" implies we ARE supposed to KNOW him on a persoanl level...

Ro 3:22 This righteousness from God comes through faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe.
Ro 5:1 Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, 2 through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. And we rejoice in the hope of the glory of God.
2Co 13:5 Examine yourselves to see whether you are in the faith; test yourselves. Do you not realize that Christ Jesus is in you-- unless, of course, you fail the test?
Ga 2:16 know that a man is not justified by observing the law, but by faith in Jesus Christ. So we, too, have put our faith in Christ Jesus that we may be justified by faith in Christ and not by observing the law, because by observing the law no one will be justified.
Ga 3:26 You are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus,
BTW, faith = having a "personal relationship", which basically means knowing Him, to believe in Him. "Faith" and "believe" are similar Greek words...same root.

This might help:
"Now this is the confidence we have before Him: whenever we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears whatever we ask, we know that we have what we have asked Him for."
1 John 5:14,15
I'll keep looking.
