you can go to the GALERIES LAFAYETTES and the PRINTEMPS wich are in the 8th arrondissment not far from the "place de la concorde" but go on the website and see the plan : www.printemps.fr

you can also go to chatelêt-les-halles wich is in the centre of Paris and many many subways pass by there : it's like a mall but not spread in longuiness just in high (excuse my english!) but you can find there cloth at reasonable prices

otherwise at the champs élysées wich is the most famous street of paris in the 16th arrondissement, and there is also the "rue de rivoli" which is a street which go through the centre of paris (this goes East to West and there is the Louvre in this street the famous museum ) where there are many litte shops and which is more pleasant than Chatelêt-les-halles because at chatelêt it's much crowded with almost only immigrated french young people and it may give you a bad taste of France but the rue de rivoli (rue means street) there are many tourist and so you can find french shops of clothes, shoes but also perfumes, body lotions made with french ingredients such as lavender....

Well I hope this will help you but I'm sure there must be great websites to find also what you are looking for, enjoy your stay in Paris!!

I agree with those above: you may want to try Printemps and the Galéries Lafayette (metro stop Havre Caumartin or Chaussé d'Antin both on the boulevard Haussmann), but if you are from the US, you may find the prices to be a bit on the expensive side.

However, in that same neighborhood you have H&M, Bennetton, Zara, C&A (which has gotten a bit better), etc. Also, the rue de Caumartin (behind Printemps) has Camaieu and some other chain stores where you may find something.

I went to Paris in August and replaced into shocked to work out how crowded the Metro stations have been! that's somewhat busy interior the morning and from 6 to eight pm, so your guy or woman products have a solid possibility of being stolen from those 1000's of individuals. (i've got seen a inebriated guy chasing a female coming off of the subway, so it somewhat is risky!) merely be confident to no longer look as in case you're traveling by myself, attempt staying close to a pair people. an option thank you to get around Paris is by employing bus, prepare, or a excursion Bus that forestalls on the significant factors of interest. As for procuring, the Champ-Elysees have great shops yet are costly. there is even a Louis Vuitton save there. attempt procuring around Pont-Neuf (the Metro has a end for there) by using fact there are maximum of little shops and eating places! yet extra often than no longer, Paris is crammed with shops very practically everywhere. take excitement in your trip! :)
