I am unable to answer this question ... i dont know why I cant commit even though he is my best friend.

Maybe im not worthy of such affection and yes i am breaking his heart ... but i just cant control it

Ive dealt with it several times. It has bothered me somewhat, mostly because I want a friend, not someone who wants me for something else. I don't think any less of myself because of it and neither should any other woman. All you can do is not lead them on. You cant control someone else's feelings when you dont feel the same way.

Yes, we are well aware that when we tell people that we only want to be friends that they obviously have feelings that are being hurt. It would hurt us to pretend otherwise. The truth hurts.
